I know that is probably not an original Ugandan/African recipe, but may be some one has tried it out.
If so, could you please share how you prepared it?
I know some people make it, I'm sure it tastes nice ...
For the "sauce", it'd be good if there could be a self-made alternative, since it might not be possible to access the "quick fix" mixtures from the supermarket, that normally used for potatoes au gratin.
