Bujagali is associated mostly with the rapids on the Nile, that have been popular for white water rafting and the $750m, 250MW Bujagali Hydro Power project, which is supposed to start producing power probably as early as 2011.
There is however this impressive guy ... Just watch him showing off his skills. ;)

I found this Youtube Video about a Ugandan "rolex" so interesting and worth sharing. According to www.ugandawiki.ug/Rolex:
"Rolex consists of a fresh omellette, finely sliced tomatoes and cabbages, chopped onions and green pepper rolled in freshly made Chapati, hence the name Rolex ("rolled eggs"). Though it may be considered a snack, many find it adequate enough for a quick lunch or supper."
