Hey,
I know that is probably not an original Ugandan/African recipe, but may be some one has tried it out.
If so, could you please share how you prepared it?
I know some people make it, I'm sure it tastes nice ...
For the "sauce", it'd be good if there could be a self-made alternative, since it might not be possible to access the "quick fix" mixtures from the supermarket, that normally used for potatoes au gratin.

Simba FM and Akaboozi ku Bbiri FM can very conveniently be listened to via the Orbit Uganda toolbar radio player, together with around 130 other African and Africa-related stations. You can access and download the Orbit Uganda toolbar from http://orbituganda.ourtoolbar.com/.

The radio player is embedded in the browser toolbar, which works in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox versions 5+ and 2.0 and newer respectively. It also works in Safari.
