Here is how to make a quick & nice salad dressing and then use it to make salad, all within a few minutes.

Ingredients
1
paprika 15
radishes 1
tomato 1⁄3
red onion 150 g
plain yogurt 1 t
mustard 1 t
mixed salad herbs 2 T
vinegar 4 T
oilInstructions
- To the oil, add yogurt & vinegar and stir.
- Add a heaped teaspoon of mixed salad herbs, (herbal) salt & chili flocks. Mix well.
Excess salad dressing can be stored for a short time in a fridge.
This however suffices for the ingredients below.
- Chop all the ingredients & place them in a salad dish.
- Add the salad dressing and mix shortly but evenly just before eating.
Notes
This salad dressing can certainly be used for other salad ingredient combinations.
I think this is good for vegetarians, but would also be a good accompaniment to some "muchomo" (roasted goat, beef, chicken), etc.
