Ingredients
1
avocado 1
tomato 1
paprika 1
red onion (small) 3 tablespoons
oil (preferably olive or other suitable for salads) 125 grams
feta cheese (or some other brined cheese - if you have none, substitute it with chunks of left over boneless chicken)Instructions
Cut the tomato & avocado into cubes, chop the paprika as well & slice the red onion.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes. If you have none, substitute this with chunks of left-over (cooked/fried) boneless chicken, such as from the breast.
- In a salad dish, to the above ingredients, add the olives and sprinkle some rosemary and chili flocks or normal dried white or black pepper
- Add oil & CAREFULLY & LIGHTLY mix
That is all - very fast, very nutritious!
Notes
The brined cheese has enough salt and so no additional is required. I do not find it tragic if one of the ingredients is missing. Simply get something else, or leave it out & make your version of any salad.

Healthy & good for weight loss
"Excellent. I am trying to lose an enormous amount of weight right now. This looks like it would fit right into my diet plan. (Boredom has ruined many a good diet plan.) Quite nutritious, but very little to cause weight gain."
... that's what someone commented on Youtube on that video.
