Yes, Orbit Uganda has a zero-tolerance policy towards racist, obscene or other similarly offensive content. As soon as we are aware of any abuse, it is immediately deleted. If you see any before our moderators or the site administrator, please go to the Contact Us page and use the form to email the Forum administrators for forum issues or the webmaster using one of the Feedback forms.

In addition to this, there may be some ill-intentioned visitors who submit off point content or ads, that are nothing other than spam.

Click on "User Login" link and then respectively, "Login/Register" and "Create New Account". Provide the required information and follow the given instructions. After registration and when logging in, please only use the "Remember me" feature to save your log in data, only on a private PC.

The Orbit Uganda Toolbar is a cool add-on for Firefox and Internet explorer, just like the Google or Yahoo toolbar. It has a collection of useful tools, including a Google-powered search engine, a Babylon translator, a weather widget and best of all, you can access the largest collection of African and Africa-related radio stations that stream online.

Whether you want to listen to Metro FM from South Africa, Capital FM from Nairobi, Radio Uganda USA or Radio Kankan from Guinea, you just need to access them right from your browser after installation of our Toolbar.

This site offers many options not only to get different types of content, but also share what you have with other community members. Just like in Terms & conditions, this is expected to be content from you and NOT copied and pasted from somewhere as that would lead to copyright issues.

In order to post any form of content, you need to be a registered member. Once logged in, you can post comments to existing articles, post new or respond to forum topics. Other types of content include proverbs, events, photos, classified ads and much more.

The links menu for posting content is only visible to logged in members.

To start or submit a new article, simply go to "Create content" in the navigation block, select the type of content you want to publish. Follow the instructions for submission.

Below the form is a "Preview" button. Click it to review your content, correct any possible mistakes and if satisfied, "Submit" or "Save" your content.

In case of posting comments, if logged in you will be taken to respective form, if you click on "Add new comment" below any article you would like to comment on.

When submitting some types of content, look for a pull-down menu which has the right category befitting your article. If you are submitting a proverb or recipe for example, select the correct category, e.g. "Ugandan Proverbs" and "Potato dishes", respectively. The moderators reserve the right to delete any misplaced content.

Some content may be subject to review by site moderators, before it can appear on the site.
